Today, we feature sweet little Piper while we highlight what a studio newborn photography session is like in the Edmonton photography studio. Piper is the youngest of six in her family and just such a dream to photograph. She slept like a dream!
The newborn studio is based in my home. It is a dedicated cozy space and has everything you need for your session, including blankets, wraps, headbands, knit hats, and various props. Before each newborn photography session, you are sent a guide on what to expect and how to prepare. In addition, we discuss details, including colours, as each session is customized to you.
Newborn safety is my primary concern. Your baby is never left unattended and guides the way as I pay attention to there cues. There is always lots of time for lots of time for feeding and unsoothing so they fall asleep letting me safely pose them.
Every newborn photography session in the studio includes family, parents, and sibling photos. Your family is part of your newborn's story, and those are the moments I love to capture during their early days. Also, there is no additional investment to include these portraits in your session.
